 We are so excited to announce a long-awaited group offering for adults, designed to provide meaningful, lasting support for managing stress and anxiety. This personalized and trauma-informed program is grounded in current research and tailored to individual needs.

This group is developed and led by the award-winning Dr. Meg Kapil (in collaboration with Unitive Wellness). Dr. Kapil is a respected leader in the mental health field and recipient of the 2021 CCPA Counselling Resources & Training Materials Award for her “Creating Calm” workbook series, a resource that will be integrated directly into this group experience.
